“What to do When You Can't Even: An Introvert's Guide to Rest and Renewal”
Stephanie Sanders is a survivor of motherhood, adopting teens from foster care, and breast cancer treatment with little kids.
Whether it’s deep or funny, she enjoys blogging, teaching, and speaking about falling in love with God in the midst of real life.
An avid researcher of personality, Stephanie has spent the last 20 years trying to figure out how to survive as an introverted mother with a large number of noisy, and extraverted, children.
Stephanie is a member of Word Weavers International and on the leadership team for her local group, a member of the Catholic Writers Guild, and lives in South Carolina with her husband, seven children, and dog.
What do you do when you’re tired and burnt out?
This session will explore the unique ways introverts rest and renew. By understanding what kind of tree God made you to be, you will see how your roots are shaped and what nutrients you need to survive.
Using Myers-Briggs, the Enneagram, and other personality measurements, we will explore your God-designed renewal delivery system so you can turn ordinarily draining tasks into places you come alive.
