“The Balanced Life of an Introvert”
Are you tired of feeling stressed? Is there not enough time to get it all done? Have you found it challenging to be an introvert in an extroverted world of business? What if I told you I found the secret to living a balanced and successful life using biblical principles?
Joyce Zook shares how to know what God wants and decrease the frustration we feel.
She’ll uncover how we can meet the needs of our families, including ourselves, and achieve our goals while pleasing God with how we use our time.
We’ll look at seven priorities for our lives and use a personal inventory to see how our current activities match what God asks us to do.
Joyce will cover the steps we can take to balance our lives as introverts while we consider our individual stress reaction.
Learn the necessary skills for a joyful and ordered life
Create balance and reduce the stress
Honor the important people in our lives
We can find time for what God wants us to do. When time management isn’t enough, we need our activities to reflect our priorities and how we are made. “For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven.” ~ Ecclesiastes 3:1
